News 12 Long Island's Elisa DiStefano visited a few of the Hamptons hot spots for this summer.

Calissa - Water Mill

Calissa is one of the Hamptons’ new Greek restaurants. Their menu is Mykonos-inspired, and they say they have the largest selection of magnums and oversized wine bottles on Long Island. On Saturdays, reserve your couch for their Apres Beach party featuring Rose Magnums, a pig roast, and bocce ball in the patio garden. The restaurant is located at 1020 Montauk Highway in Water Mill.

Sugarfina - Southampton

Sugarfina is a gourmet candy shop. You can create your own candy bento box from a large variety of gummy treats.  The high-end sweet shop has Rosé and 24k gold infused gummy bears exclusive to the Hamptons. The shop is located at 68 Main St. in Southampton.

Kozu - Southampton

Kozu launched a "Neverland Brunch." The party brunch features electric music, vivacious dancers, rainbow drinks like festive fishbowls and cotton candy cocktails. The restaurant is located at 136 Main St. in Southampton.

Boo-Hooray - Montauk

Boo-Hooray Summer Rental in Montauk is a pop-up art gallery and shop that also features vintage magazines and rare books.  Different artists’ work will be featured throughout the summer. Click here to check out the calendar. It is located at 805 Montauk Highway in Montauk.

Lulu's Kitchen and Bar - Sag Harbor

Lulu's Kitchen and Bar is a bustling bistro that has an open kitchen and menu centered around a wood-burning grill and oven. It also has an outdoor seating area. The restaurant is located at 126 Main St. in Sag Harbor.

Garret at Arbor - Montauk

Garret at Arbor has moved into Arbor in Montauk. The new outdoor bar features  creative cocktails from master mixologists. It is located at 240 Fort Pond Road in Montauk.

WorkEatPlay? at Ruschmeyer's - Montauk

This summer, Ruschmeyer's hosts WorkEatPlay, a summer camp-like daytime co-working that features tables with charging stations, games and free coffee all day. Click here to make required reservations. It is located at 161 2nd House Road in Montauk.

Latch Pop-Up Inn - Southampton

On 5 acres of historic grounds, the Latch Pop-Up Inn is new for the season. Just steps away from shops and close to the beach, the Southampton Village Latch Inn has been refurbished and renovated. Enjoy breakfast in the greenhouse at this boutique hotel. It is located at 101 Hill St. in Southampton.

LE Bilboquet

Nestled on Sag Harbor’s Long Wharf LE Bilboquet is becoming known for its scene and scenery. In addition to celebrity sightings, there’s big buzz about the Manhattan-based restaurant’s signature Cajun chicken. It is located at 1 Long Wharf in Sag Harbor.
