Suspect sought for attacking woman after burglary

Police are searching for the person who attacked a woman in Massapequa following a burglary.

According to police, the woman heard footsteps inside her Hicksville Road home yesterday afternoon, saw the suspect and screamed.

Police say the burglar ran off and the woman followed him. That is when police say he pushed her to the ground to get away.
