Application process open for state Excelsior Scholarship program

WOODBURY -

As of today, middle income students can begin applying for free tuition to New York's public colleges and universities.

The Excelsior Scholarship program is for students from families earning less than $100,000.

The free tuition is for undergrads in a SUNY or CUNY school.
