A gas leak near the Floral Park train station triggered some delays on the Long Island Rail Road Wednesday morning.
Fire officials say the leak involved work being done in the backyard of a home on Carnation Avenue.
A gas line was hit, prompting the closure of the road and train station.
Train service at the station has since resumed.
