Suffolk County Police Commissioner Timothy Sini will testify before Congress about gangs tomorrow.

Sini will appear before the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.

Sini has been asked to provide insight on the impact of MS-13 in the county and to talk about the police department's initiative to eradicate gangs.
