Two men were convicted Wednesday of throwing bricks and cinder blocks onto the Meadowbrook State Parkway, at one point causing permanent damage to a vehicle's occupant.
Andrew Denton, of East Meadow, and Jacob Palant, of Syosset, were found guilty of assault and other charges.
As News 12 has reported, a woman suffered permanent eye damage when the windshield of the car she was riding in was shattered in December 2015.
Denton and Palant face five to 25 years in prison when they are sentenced next month.
