A worker at a state-run group home is accused of endangering the welfare of two severely disabled adults.

Prosecutors say Andrew Hatcher, of Ridge, failed to do 15 minute overnight bed checks.

According to prosecutors, Hatcher tied a woman to her bed, causing arm and leg injuries at the Centereach Intermediate Care Facility.

Hatcher faces up to four years in prison if convicted.
