Teen accused of throwing rocks off LIE overpass

A 14-year-old boy was arrested for allegedly throwing rocks onto cars from a Long Island Expressway overpass.

Police say he was on a train trestle between eastbound expressway exits 37 and 38 - Willis Avenue and the Northern State Parkway.

Authorities say at least two windshields were damaged, but there were no injuries.

The boy is due in court later this month.
