FARMINGVILLE -

Police are investigating a knifepoint robbery that happened in Farmingville just before 8:00 p.m. Friday night.

They say that two men hit  the Boost Mobile store on Horse Block Road.

Officials say they do not believe this incident is connected to a string of knifepoint robberies that have occurred recently on Long Island.
