A former Glen Head man is accused of killing his roommate in a deadly hammer attack in Queens.
Police say Hofstra University Law School graduate Jesse Smith was beaten to death in his Astoria apartment by 18-year-old Quentin Capobianco.
The incident occurred Monday.
Reports say the fight was over drugs or money.
Capobianco is a graduate of North Shore High School in Glen Head.
