Police say a man was struck and killed while trying to cross Sunrise Highway in Freeport.
Police tell News 12 that the 53-year-old man was hit by a car crossing Sunrise Highway at North Long Beach Road just before 9 p.m. last night.
No charges have been filed against the driver.
The victim is not being identified at this time.
