Roosevelt rapper Flavor Flav is due back in court in Mineola next week.
The rapper, whose real name is William Drayton, is being indicted on a felony charge stemming from a traffic stop while driving to his mother's funeral.
Police say Flavor Flav was driving with a suspended license and speeding.
Flavor Flav was arrested last January on the Meadowbrook Parkway.
