West Babylon man fights to keep his car after Internet prank

A West Babylon man is fighting to keep his car after it was listed as a free give-a-way on an Internet site without his knowledge.

Frank Saraceno owns a 1985 Corvette and discovered it was listed on the Web site Craigslist.com as free on January 1. The ad says to just come and take the plates off the car and haul it away. Since then, Saraceno says he has had to fend off tow-truck drivers and others trying to take his car away.

Police are working with officials from craigslist.com to investigate who is behind the prank. Police say whoever is responsible will be charged with aggravated harassment.
