Police are searching for three armed men who robbed a home in Valley Stream Tuesday.

Police say two black men and one Hispanic entered an upstairs apartment on Rockaway Avenue near Sunrise Highway, tied up the occupants and stole cash, cameras and cell phones. The father 21-year-old resident Juan Infante says his son was pistol-whipped. The suspects then fled the scene.

Residents of the block say the street is notorious for drug activity. However, police say they are still treating the incident only as a home invasion.
