A Sag Harbor woman is accused of trying to murder her boyfriend by poisoning him. Patti Berzon, 55, was arraigned Saturday in Southampton on charges of attempted murder and assault. Police say 41-year-old Frederic Friedman came to Southampton Hospital Thursday saying he thought he had drunk poisoned milk. Police say the incident happened at the home the couple shared.

Friedman was treated and released from the hospital. Berzon is being held on $100,000 bond.
