A Nassau County worker is charged Wednesday with forcibly touching a second woman while supervising a cleanup crew.

Luis Maltez was arrested over the weekend for allegedly fondling a woman he was supervising. Now, another woman says that Maltez did the same thing to her about a month ago while he was supervising her community service.

Maltez?s wife say the two alleged victims are setting her husband up in order to get money.
