Police are searching for the person who killed a man in Brentwood Monday.

Cops say they received a call at around 12:45 a.m. about yelling on Patton Street. According to police, the young Hispanic man was found stabbed to death and lying in the street.

The victim's identity has not yet been released. Detectives said it is unclear if the victim was from the neighborhood. They say they aren?t ruling out the possibility the incident was gang related. Investigators are draining nearby sewers in their search for more evidence.
