(AP) - A man has been arrested in the slaying of a LongIsland motivational speaker found stabbed in his parked car in EastHarlem.

Authorities say Kenneth Minor is being held on a charge ofsecond-degree murder in the death of Jeff Locker.

A law enforcement official tells The Associated Press that thesuspect was seen on security cameras using Locker's ATM card. Theofficial was not authorized to speak publicly because theinvestigation is ongoing.

Locker was found dead in his car Thursday, hours after callinghis wife to say he had a flat tire and would be late coming home.

Minor was arrested Tuesday night. The name of his attorney isnot yet on record.
