An Iron Inspiration

Matthew Tague is a recovering addict and training to be the next Ironman.

For 10 years, Tague was out of control with his alcohol and drug addiction but now he has found a positive new addiction ? training for the triathalon.

?It saved my life, and it will and it can save other lives. You just have the courage to start and do it,? said Tague.

News 12 Long Island?s Erin Colton and photojournalist Dave Garden bring you along on Matthew?s trek to Lake Placid.

Tague finished the Ironman in 13 hours and plans to do many more.
