Engineers are trying to determine why a roof collapsed at a Great Neck apartment building.The roof partially collapsed Thursday at an apartment complex located at 221 Middle Neck Rd.Power has been shut off to the entire block. The Red Cross has set up a nearby fire house with water, food and air conditioning for residents.There were residents in the building at the time, but no one was injured.
