Schulers continue to dispute toxicology report
Diane Schuler?s family announced Monday their own investigators have uncovered new evidence that supports their claims she wasn't a drinker.
The Schuler family attorney, Dominic Barbara, says no one at any of 27 bars or 30 liquor stores in and around the neighborhood has ever seen the 36-year-old West Babylon mother with alcohol. Meanwhile, toxicology reports revealed Schuler was drunk and high on marijuana when she drove the wrong way on the Taconic State Parkway, crashing her minivan.
The Westchester district attorney says she's meeting next week with state police to analyze evidence from the crash and determine if any charges will be leveled against Schuler?s husband Daniel.
