DWI charges dropped in fatal Route 25A crash

Prosecutors dropped DWI charges Monday against a man accused of killing two people while driving drunk in June.
Authorities charged Michael Koss with driving drunk on Route 25A when he crashed into Edward Carr and Ilene Wasserman's vehicle, killing both of them June 20. According to the assistant district attorney, an analysis of Koss' blood has revealed he was not impaired or intoxicated at the time of the crash.
Carr and Wasserman were survived by their son, Aaron, who says he hopes prosecutors are more careful when charging suspects. Aaron Carr also says, though Koss has apologized for the crash to the media, he has never apologized to him.
