Police are investigating a homicide in Wyandanch. Cops say they were called to a boarding house on Beech Street Sunday night and told a man had been stabbed. The victim was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital

Police are investigating a homicide in Wyandanch.
Cops say they were called to a boarding house on Beech Street Sunday night and told a man had been stabbed. The victim was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The victim has been identified as 25-year-old Jodel J. Damus.
The Town of Babylon says the home was an illegal rooming house. The landlord pleaded guilty in June to running a multi-family dwelling.
