A Valley Stream elementary school teacher was in court again Thursday facing accusations that he had sex with a second teen.
Daniel Rothbard, who taught at Willow Road Elementary School, was first arrested at the end of July when Suffolk police say they caught him with a half-dressed 15-year-old girl in a parking lot.
The 28-year-old is now accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl at his Merrick home in early July. Authorities say Rothbard met the girl on MySpace.
Rothbard is being held on $700,000 bail. His lawyer asked that he be put on suicide watch. He is due back in court next week.
