A man was found stabbed to death on a Huntington Station street Sunday morning.
Suffolk police say the body was found by a driver shortly before 5:00 a.m. near West Rogues Path. Investigators determined he was not the victim of a hit-and-run.
Police say the man had been stabbed multiple times. His identity is not yet known.
Officials told News 12 Long Island that the body was left uncovered in the road for several hours because of "standard procedure."
