(AP) - Christie Brinkley and her former husbandhave settled their post-divorce spat before a New York judge.
The dueling exes had accused each other of violating theirdivorce settlement. It was reached after architect Peter Cookadmitted an affair with a babysitter.
On Tuesday, Brinkley and Cook told state Supreme Court JusticeMark D. Cohen on Long Island they had resolved their legal issues.
The specifics were not discussed in court.
Their nasty divorce trial ended in July 2008 with theout-of-court settlement.
She got custody of their two children and kept property. Hereceived $2.1 million from Brinkley and liberal visitation rights.
