The parents of convicted killer Robert Golub are moving out of their Valley Stream home 20 years after their son murdered their neighbor, 13-year-old Kelly Ann Tinyes.
Kelly Ann's father Richard Tinyes says it's been a long time coming.
"I'm glad to see them go," he says. "It's been a long time. I think everyone on the block deserves peace."
Kelly Ann's body was found in the basement of the Golub home a day after she had gone missing in 1989. She had been beaten, strangled and sexually mutilated.
