A Fort Salonga woman pleaded not guilty Saturday to fatally stabbing her husband.
Police say Kathleen Prisco, 48, stabbed her 54-year-old husband, Ralph Prisco, more than a dozen times with a kitchen knife all over his body in the foyer of the couple's home Friday morning. The motive behind the deadly stabbing remains unknown.
Kathleen Prisco has been charged with second-degree murder. Her bail hearing was postponed until Monday. A judge requested that Suffolk County sheriff's deputies place Prisco under around-the-clock suicide watch.
