Dem unseats Southampton Supervisor Kabot

Democratic Councilwoman Anna Throne-Holst unseated Southampton Supervisor Linda Kabot in a closely watched race Tuesday.

Republican Kabot was arrested for DWI Labor Day weekend but denies the charges. However, she says the arrest was a factor in her loss. Throne-Holst says her background in financial management and heading nonprofits makes her qualified for the supervisor position.
