LI school custodian accused of dealing heroin

A custodian at JFK High School in Plainview was arrested Wednesday on a tip he was selling heroin, police say.

Daniel Pereira, 24, was arrested while on his dinner break a couple of miles from the school. Police say they found 50 bags of heroin on him.

Police say they don't know if Pereira was dealing to students, but did use a marketing tool that could appeal to younger people. He called one of his batches "MySpace.?

Pereira has been suspended from his job. He is due back in court Dec. 2.
