Female factory workers claim years of harassment

A group of female workers say they were sexually harassed and assaulted at an Edgewood factory for Allan Ritchie Incorporated.

The employees claim they were groped, grabbed, propositioned and sexually assaulted by managers. Male coworkers are also accused of exposing themselves and promising work advancement for sexual favors.

The women say the harassment began in 2003, but nobody contacted police for fear of deportation.

The factory was closed Wednesday.
