Procrastination pays for late holiday shoppers
Procrastination may have paid off for shoppers who waited until the final weekend before Christmas.
Shoppers who waited are actually lucking out and hitting sales of as much as 75% off as retailers hope to reel in the last of the season's business.
"There are some good sales," says late shopper Chris Wargas. "There are definitely some good prices."
A National Retail Federation study shows 19 percent of folks haven't even started shopping yet - whereas 9% are already done.
