A Southampton man is facing charges for allegedly going on a murderous rant while on the Cross Island ferry Thursday afternoon.
Officials say Shawn Douglas was arrested yesterday for having an unlicensed, loaded firearm. They say he was also threatening to kill people from Long Island and Massachusetts.
Authorities say Douglas was arrested when the ferry docked in New London.
Investigators say he got on the ferry at Orient Point after he told relatives he was going to Massachusetts to kill a family member.
