Fresh blast of snow creates slick roads on LI

Tuesday's snowstorm created icy road conditions across Long Island as temperatures dropped.

The snowstorm brought as much as 5 inches of snow to parts of the Island.

Motorists are urged to beware of black ice, use caution and allow extra time to get to their destinations.
