Alec Baldwin speaks out against SUNY school closing

Alec Baldwin is speaking out about Stony Brook's Southampton campus closing.

Baldwin says the East End was targeted because it is seen as a playground for the wealthy.

Baldwin told Newsday "people in Albany don't understand the Hamptons. The state government views the area as if it's Siberia."

Students want celebrities who spend their summer in the Hamptons to donate money and save the campus from cutbacks.
