Police probe Wyandanch bow-and-arrow shooting

Authorities are investigating the events behind a Wyandanch bow-and-arrow shooting that left one man injured and his brother charged with reckless assault.

According to police, 55-year-old Benjamin Austin fired the arrow from the window of a Bedford Street home yesterday, striking his brother Fred.

Investigators say the shooting may have been an accident. Fred Austin is expected to be OK.
