Southwest Airlines fined for bumping passengers
? Southwest Airlines is being fined for bumping more passengers than any other U.S. carrier.
Officials say Southwest has to pay $200,000 in penalties.
The Department of Transportation says the airline failed to promptly pay ?bumped? passengers for their inconvenience. In addition, it did not give them written notices of their rights.
