3 LI kids make it to national science competition final

? Three Long Island kids have made it to the finals of a national science competition.

The 13-year-old Suffolk students say they want to change the world through recycling.

The team called ?Ecotrash? are finalists in ?Siemen?s We Can Change the World Challenge.?

The kids from Setauket and Stony Brook convinced small businesses and schools to recycle.

Conor Ryan, Laurence Caradonna and Eric Wong will find out May 24 if they win the $10,000 prize.
