Man pleads guilty in Manorville DWI crash

A drunken driver who police accused of seriously injuring a teen in Manorville pleaded guilty today.

Authorities say 14-year-old Joe Garrimone suffered a concussion, lacerations and severe leg injuries after being hit by 49-year-old David Andresen last year. Judge Gary Weber had agreed to sentence Andresen to no more than 6 months in jail, a decision that has been criticized by Garrimone's family.

"I'm very disappointed and I don't think [Andresen] showed any remorse at all," said Joanne Garrimone, the victim's mother.
