LI magician accused of taping girls pleads guilty
The Long Island magician accused of secretly taping girls pleaded guilty to 108 counts of unlawful surveillance and possession of child pornography.
Robert Infantino pleaded guilty to 44 counts of unlawful surveillance in the second degree and 64 counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child. He waived his right to appeal.
Prosecutors say Infantino also worked as a photographer and videotaped as many as 19 women and girls as they got changed in his house.
Infantino will be sentenced to five to 15 years in prison on June 29.
