Police: Baldwin man killed in chain saw accident

(AP) - A Baldwin man has died after accidentallyinjuring himself with a chain saw while he was cutting up wood.

Police said 35-year-old Theofilos Zervos was cutting some wood on the side of his house at 2873 Bayview Ave. yesterday whenhe lost control of the chain saw and it lacerated his neck. Theman's girlfriend found him and called 911.

Baldwin police and firefighters and an ambulance arrived.

Zervos was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:20 p.m. by anambulance technician.
