Jury finds Licausi guilty in deadly police chase

A jury found John Licausi, of Riverhead, guilty of 10 charges Friday in the 2008 death of a Medford man.

Licausi was convicted of aggravated vehicular homicide and driving while ability impaired by drugs, as well as eight other charges.

Investigators say Licausi was speeding away from police on Horeseblock Road in Medford when he plowed into Scott Foster's car, killing him.

Licausi was acquitted on one count of assaulting a police officer. He faces up to 25 years in prison.
