House oil spill hearing disrupted

(AP) - A woman disrupted a House hearing just as BP CEO executive Tony Hayward began his testimony.

The woman, identified as Diane Wilson, shouted to Hayward fromthe back of the room: "You need to be charged with a crime." Shewas grabbed by Capitol police and taken from the room.

Moments later, BP CEO Tony Hayward began his remarks, saying that the Gulf oil spill "never should have happened" and that he regretted the impact the spill has had on the environment and the people of theGulf Coast.
