Hearing adjourned for correction officer charged in shooting spree

A Nassau correction officer charged in last week's deadly shooting spree was a no-show in court yesterday. Kim Wolfe's court date was adjourned since she is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation at an undisclosed location. According to prosecutors, Wolfe murdered her ex-girlfriend and her uncle. Officials say she also shot her grandfather and took her niece as a hostage. The next court appearance is scheduled for Thursday, but Wolfe's attorney is unsure if doctors will give Wolfe clearance by then to attend.
