Deadly road rage suspect arraigned in court

The suspect in a deadly road rage incident was indicted and arraigned this morning on manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide charges.

Evan Potts, 23, faces these charges after he allegedly ran over and killed Ian Sharrin, of Long Beach, last month. The accident took place on National Boulevard after an apparent case of extreme road rage.

Potts will return to court on July 14.
