Former LI magician sentenced for taping girls

A former Long Island magician was sentenced to five to 15 years behind bars yesterday for secretly taping women and girls.

Robert Infantino, of Central Islip, pleaded guilty to having a hidden camera in a dressing room at his home. Prosecutors say Infantino also worked as a photographer and lured some of his 19 victims into his home with free modeling shoots.

Infantino pleaded guilty to multiple unlawful surveillance and child pornography charges in May.

The magician?s attorney, Dan Russo, says Infantino pleaded to the charges to spare the victims from having to testify at a trial.
