Children's jewelry recalled after cadmium scare

? Officials say more children's jewelry is being recalled because it could be toxic.

About 70,000 "happy charm bracelets" and football rings could contain cadmium.

Officials say the trinkets were given out for free at many doctor's offices over the past five years.

Parents are being told to throw the jewelry away immediately.

This is the fourth time this year that cheap jewelry has been recalled because of cadmium.
