2 teens shot outside Huntington Station home

Two teenagers sustained non-life threatening injuries last night when they were shot in Huntington Station.

Police say the victims were gunned down in front of a house on East Third Street just after 1 a.m.

Jose Vasquez, 19, was shot in the waist, and Oscar Oliva-Aguilar, 17, was hit in the buttocks, according to authorities.

Investigators say a gunman in his 20s was seen driving away from the scene in a black sedan.

The incident comes less than 24 hours after police say a man was shot to death on Clifford Court. Police don't know if the two Huntington Station shootings are interconnected or gang-related.
