Wal-Mart receives damaging testimony in trampling death

? Officials say there has been damaging testimony against Wal-Mart in the Black Friday trampling death of a worker in 2008.

An expert witness testified yesterday that the Valley Stream store failed to have adequate crowd control when Jdmiytai Damour was trampled on.

Wal-Mart is being tried before a judge for the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission in Manhattan.

A crowd control expert says the store should have been better prepared for the sale since they knew it would draw lots of people.
