Young LI artist talks about Gulf oil spill in DC
A young Islip artist was on Capitol Hill today to talk about the Gulf oil spill.
Eleven-year-old Olivia Bouler draws pictures of birds and sells them to help the wildlife along the Gulf Coast. She has already raised $165,000.
Bouler told lawmakers the United States should reduce its dependence on oil.
